You shouldn't have to hope the numbers are right.
Somewhere between your CRM, your automation platform and a spreadsheet on somebody's laptop, the truth about your pipeline went missing. Your team feels it. You feel it every time you present a forecast you can't fully stand behind.
I'm Anastasia. For about nine years I've been the person companies call when the marketing systems stop telling the truth, and I do the work myself, start to finish.
I'm about to defend these numbers to the board and I don't fully believe them.
One person built all of this. They've left.
Marketing says the leads are good. Sales says they're not. They might both be right.
We're paying for tools nobody has opened since the demo.
Every campaign takes three people and somebody's weekend.
If a regulator asked us to prove consent tomorrow, I'd be guessing.
If you recognised more than two of those, nothing is wrong with your team. They're doing careful work on top of plumbing that was never finished. That's a fixable problem, and it's the one I fix.
How we'd work together
Audit first. Always.
I won't quote you a rebuild before I've looked inside the system. That's how companies end up paying for work they didn't need and still not getting the thing they did. So every engagement starts the same way, and the first step is small enough that you can stop after it and still be better off.
Would rather just talk it through first? That's often the faster route.
One platform (your CRM, your CDP or your marketing automation) examined properly, not skimmed.
Every issue I find, written down in plain language
Each one ranked by what it's actually costing you
A recommended fix beside every issue, not just a diagnosis
A walk-through session so you can ask the awkward questions
The report is yours to keep, whether I do the work afterwards or your own team does.
Audit to Handover
Most complete
€30,000–50,000Depending on your scope
The audit, and then the actual work, done by the same person who wrote the findings.
Everything in the System Audit
The fixes, the migration or the rebuild, built hands-on in your systems
Riskiest pieces sequenced first, so surprises arrive early and cheap
Documentation and training for the people who'll run it after me
We can agree ongoing support from here: quarterly reviews and updates, plus one deep-dive session a year.
Built Around You
Let's talk
Let's talkScoped in conversation
For when it was never really about one system, and you know it.
Several systems in scope, not one: CRM, CDP, automation, PIM, DAM, the website
Or the marketing on top of them: campaigns, content, brand, go-to-market
You choose what's in and what stays out
Priced after we've talked, so you're not buying a package with filler in it
Agencies and consultancies: this is usually where you'd bring me in as a subcontractor.
Not looking for an audit?
Everything else is billed by the hour
Not every problem needs a packaged engagement. A campaign build, a website fix, a second opinion before you sign with a vendor, a pair of experienced hands while someone's on leave. All of that is billed hourly, at the same rate whether the hour goes on strategy or on configuration. Tell me what you have in mind and I'll give you an honest estimate of the hours before you commit to any of them.
Whichever we start with, you're dealing with one person the whole way through. No account manager, no handoff to a junior, no translation layer between the plan and the build.
What I can take off your plate
The strategy and the screwdriver
Most consultants give you a deck or a pair of hands. The reason my work tends to survive handover is that the person who designs the lifecycle model is the person who then goes and builds it in the platform.
Systems & operations
Platform auditsCRM, marketing automation and CDP: what's really configured in there, what it's costing you, and what to fix first.
MigrationsThe move you keep postponing, done properly: data mapping, consent and GDPR handling, cutover, and enablement for the team left running it.
Lifecycle & routingLead scoring, MQL definitions, lifecycle stages and lead-to-opportunity routing that sales will actually follow instead of working around.
Data & reportingHow marketing data moves between your systems, and the attribution and reporting on top of it, built with your data people, not around them.
Process automationZapier, Make, n8n and native automation, plus honest risk and change management around the switch.
Content operationsPIM and DAM selection, implementation and the unglamorous day-to-day of running them.
Marketing & brand
Go-to-market & positioningFor companies whose story has quietly outgrown the website that's telling it.
Email & campaignsCampaigns that run on your automation setup rather than fighting it every send.
Website managementWordPress, Drupal, Magento 2 and HubSpot CMS: one page template or a full rebuild.
Paid media & SEOPlanned and run in-house; specialist media buyers brought in when the budget justifies it.
Content & visualsWriting and design produced to brief, not outsourced quietly and marked up.
The AI questionWhere AI genuinely takes work off your team, and where it quietly adds more. Both answers are real.
Track record
Work that had to survive
CRM migration
Bloomreach to HubSpot, with consent intact
A full CRM and marketing automation migration for a B2B SaaS company: data mapping, GDPR and consent handling, cutover, and enablement afterwards for the teams who inherited it. The kind of project that gets postponed for years because nobody wants to be holding it when something breaks.
Contacts moved 1,000,000+
Lifecycle architecture
A product-led funnel handed to sales without the leaks
Built the PLG to PLS handoff: lead scoring, MQL definitions, lifecycle stage architecture and routing from self-serve into the sales pipeline, plus a scalable attribution and reporting model built with the data team. Good leads were arriving; they were just arriving far too late to matter.
Lead response 7 days → under 1 hour
Systems ownership
Key owner of HubSpot Sales Hub and Marketing Hub
Two and a half years as the key systems person behind both hubs: architecture, integrations, automation and reporting, alongside the daily stream of requests from sales and marketing. It's where I learned what a system does to the people who have to live inside it every day.
DAM & PIM
Three years running Adobe Experience Manager Assets
Selection, implementation and ongoing operation of AEM Assets as a DAM, delivered through A-Marketing Services. Separately, about a year of product data management in Akeneo PIM.
Work management
Monday.com to Jira, across several departments
Where the data was the easy part. The real work was getting teams with very different habits onto one system, and keeping them there after the launch email.
Client, since 2021
Creanord Oy
Network performance monitoring (PULScore and PULSensor), sold to carriers and cloud operators. In-house marketing manager 2020–21, external marketing consultant ever since.
Full-stack marketing
A rebrand, a new website and the content to fill it
For a music equipment manufacturer: owned the rebrand, designed and built the website, produced the content and ran vendor communication, a useful reminder that all this systems work exists to serve marketing that still has to be made by somebody.

Don't see yours? Ask. This is a shortlist, not the whole list; I've worked in plenty of platforms that aren't on it, and picking up an unfamiliar one is part of the job rather than an obstacle to it.
When a project needs heavy custom development or specialist paid media, I bring in people I've worked with before rather than stretching past what I'm good at. You'll always know who's doing what.
Who you'd actually be working with
One specialist. No account management team.
Around nine years in marketing and revenue operations, in-house and as a consultant, mostly at companies where the systems had to hold up under real volume and real pressure. A-Marketing Services has run alongside that since 2022, and since August 2026 it's what I do full-time, which means there's room for the long, involved projects rather than only the quick ones.
What I sell is a combination that's genuinely hard to hire: someone who can sit in the conversation about lifecycle and pipeline, and then go and configure it themselves. No translation layer between the plan and the build. No discovering at implementation that the plan was never possible in the first place.
It's me you'd be working with throughout: no account manager relaying your questions to someone else, no junior team doing the actual configuration. When something falls outside what I do well, I'll say so and bring in a specialist I trust rather than take it on and hope for the best. You'll always know exactly who's doing the work.
I'm based in Tuusula and work with companies across the EU, usually under 250 people, where one badly wired system is felt by everybody. I'll also tell you when something isn't worth doing, which is occasionally not what people want to hear and always cheaper than finding out later.

The reporting nobody trusts. The migration that keeps sliding a quarter. The leads that arrive too late to be worth anything. Pick a time that suits you: 30 minutes, no preparation needed, and if it isn't something I should take on, I'll say so and point you somewhere better.
